| Why associate
our products with different names? |

| Names of
cities are used to create a distinct relation for U-Lik (M)
Sdn Bhd’s Toiletries and Cosmetics bottles. For Cream
Jars, names of fruits are used. Tubes are associated
with alphabets for easy reference. |

see a sample before I order. Is that possible? |

Bhd also provides sample bottle(s) and container(s) for
stability and compatibility tests, for a minimal charge for
transport domestically (Malaysia). In relation to overseas, please provide us with you
courier service name and account number. |

| What is the minimum order quantity for colour bottles & caps? |
|

The MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for colour bottles & caps
is 5,000pcs. |

| What are the common delivery lead times? |
- The lead time
for the production of bottle(s) without printing is seven (7)
to fourteen (14) working days.
- Do take note that we don't cover all areas
within Klang Valley. Please ask our representative
for your specific area.
- Please take note that delivery will take some
time to be arranged if it's Loose Container Load
(LCL). Do understand that we will need to fill up
the lorry before going to a particular area. If your
are is obscure, it may take a long while.
- Deliveries outstation will take much longer as
we will liaise with contract logistics company. If
time is of essence, kindly arrange your own.

| What are the charges for delivery? |
- For bottle below 2 litres: FOC delivery within
Klang Valley area for orders above RM1000. We don’t
deliver for values below RM1000.
- For 2 litres and above: We can deliver within
Klang Valley for orders above RM1000 at a charge of
RM3.00/bag. Sorry, we don’t deliver for values below
RM1000.
- Deliver charges for outstation are based on
destination.

| What are the policy for return goods? |

Goods received must be fully inspected at time of collection.
Otherwise, any claims will not be entertained. |

| Customisation
for new products are available. Please enquire with our
product development strategists to assist you in this area. U-Lik (M) Sdn Bhd has an experienced design and engineering
staff as to meet your specialised requirements. We
leverage on state of the art moulding facilities and equipment
to ensure total customer satisfaction. |
