U-Lik’s
facilities houses 40 blow moulding machines, ranging
from 2cc to 120 litres, and injection machines with
clamping forces of 50-660 tonnes. |

These
blow moulding machines are exclusively imported from
machinery supplier, Sinco (Thailand), while the Japanese
injection presses are from Kawaguchi, Nissei and
Niigata. With a wide range of machines, U-Lik is able to
offer flexible production runs from small to large
volumes. |

Complementary
facilities offered by U-Lik include silk-screen
printing, pad printing and hot stamping. U-Lik’s
printing division utilises semi-automatic,
fully-automatic and Omso Novax printing machines to
offer integrated services to clients wanting to create a
distinct edge for their products. |
